Who we are

Kymayo runs this website and is responsible for the personal data you send us. You can reach us at hello@kymayo.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, your message, and the piece, colour and size you ask about.

Why

To answer your enquiry and, if you decide to order, to arrange your order. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Where it goes

The form is processed by Cloudflare, which hosts this website, and delivered to our email inbox. We keep no separate database. To keep the form free of spam we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks signals from your browser to tell people from automated programs; Cloudflare describes this in its own privacy policy.

How long

We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to reply and to handle any order that follows, and no longer than 24 months after our last exchange.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format, by writing to the address above. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in Greece this is the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.

WhatsApp and Instagram

If you contact us on WhatsApp or Instagram instead, those services' own privacy policies apply to that conversation.
